2. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, but not including the information of the deceased persons in particular.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE WILL COLLECT

The personal data that we will collect related to our services, whether now or in the future, includes but is not limited to:
• Identification information (e.g., name, date of birth, gender, nationality, photograph, citizen card and identification number, unique device identifiers, geolocation, etc.);

• Financial information (e.g., payment transaction, credit card number, and bank account number);
• Records of service usage to improve the quality of services and/or to resolve the service issues (e.g., information of recording security cameras, records of photo via electronic media or other media, etc.);
• Service information necessary for specific customer groups (e.g., customers with visual impairment, and/or hearing impairment, etc.);
• Certain information required to comply with the law, or requests from law enforcement agencies and/or court orders.
• Sensitive data (e.g., biometric data, including facial recognition data, or similar categories of such data, for identification and/or verification using the sensitive data as required by certain services that you opt for, etc.);
• Clock-in Information data: If you use the Platform to track your working hours, we will collect details such as your clock-in and clock-out times, shift duration, and the date of your work session. If your company has enabled geo-location tracking for clock-ins and you have granted the Platform permission to access your location, we will also collect your location data.
If the Customer has activated facial recognition for clock-ins, we will process facial data, including an image of the Employee’s face and a system-generated facial vector. The image is captured on-site by the Employee, while the facial vector is automatically generated.
The face recognition tool will use this data until The Company is informed by the Client of any of the following: (a) the Employee's departure from the organization, (b) the Client ceasing to use RapidTech Services, or (c) the Employee being removed from the facial recognition system. The Company will process this personal data solely in line with the Client's instructions and exclusively to deliver the agreed-upon services.

4. THE SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA

We may obtain your personal data through one of the following means:
The Company receives personal data directly from you, where the Company will collect your personal data from various service processes including:
• When you sign up for one of our services or when you receive one of our services, this includes processes of filling the request to exercise your rights;
• When you voluntarily respond to our survey or email or any other means (e.g., Short Message Service - SMS, etc.);
• When you use our products and services including telecommunication networks or products related to the Company’s services. We collect required information to support you (e.g., telephone number, calling time, data usage, service quality monitoring, including your location when using the service, etc.);

6. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

After receiving personal data from various data sources, the Company will collect, use or disclose your personal data for the purposes specified in the previous session and will process your personal data only to the extent permitted by law. That is, it is based on a lawful basis for processing the data.

• Collection characteristics: We keep your personal data either in the printed paper (hard copy) or in an electronic document system (soft copy) with appropriately secured measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized access, change, and disclosure of your personal data.

• When you give us your consent for specific purposes, you have the right to withdraw the consent for your specific purposes at any time, unless there are restrictions on legal rights or in connection with the contract that benefits you.

The Company will process the personal data under the law applicable at present and the Company is entitled to continue to collect and use the personal data which has been collected prior to the effective date of provisions relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data of the PDPA for the existing purposes. If you no longer want the Company to collect and use such personal data after the PDPA is fully effective, you may withdraw your consent through the channels to be further publicized by the Company.

2. Collection of Biometric Information
We collect facial recognition data solely to verify user identity during the clock-in and clock-out process. This ensures accurate attendance tracking and prevents fraudulent activity.

3. Use of Biometric Information
The biometric data collected will only be used for authentication and time-tracking within the RapidWork App. We do not use biometric data for any other purpose.

4. Storage and Security Measures
We implement strict security measures to protect biometric data, including encryption and restricted access controls. Biometric data is stored securely and will not be shared with any third party.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Biometric information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose. If a user is no longer employed or their account is deactivated, their biometric data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We do not sell, lease, trade, or share biometric information with any third party under any circumstances.

By using the RapidWork App and providing your biometric data, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your biometric information in accordance with this policy.
